The company, which became a logical continuation of the AES GROUP holding after the purchase of 2 distilleries in Kharkiv Distilleries in the Kharkiv region. The only alcoholic beverage company that started its operations in the difficult, military year of 2023 within the Kharkiv region. The company that in 2023 created and produced a number of alcohol brands that it can be proud of.

On June 7, 2021, Ukrspetsspirt acquired Karavansky Distillery at a Prozzoro auction. Karavansky Distillery is located in Liubotinsky district of Kharkiv region. The plant is currently undergoing a complete modernization, with more than UAH 100 million invested to improve the company’s performance.
